Each aftercare plan is unique and individualized to suit the patients’ needs no matter where they are located. We offer a wide range of monitoring options including distant care, phone consultations and zoom meetings.
Aftercare is an extension of the intensive work we do with our clients and positions them for success after they leave our care. Many people attend treatment for addictive disorders but don’t create a collaborative long-term recovery plan to facilitate re-entry back into work and home life, ultimately failing to maintain sobriety. The key focal point for Dr. Harry is creating an aftercare plan that keeps the team involved through follow-ups.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Dr. Harry’s Recovery & Wellness Network’s PHP program is perfect for individuals leaving residential treatment who understand that while they have more work to do in addiction recovery, a 24-hour setting is no longer necessary. It is quite common for patients to step down to PHP after residential treatment. Additionally, our PHP program might be a needed resource after a relapse of symptoms that bring the disease of addiction out of remission. Our PHP program will meet four days a week for a minimum of five hours each day.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (also known as IOP) is a primary treatment program recommended for those who do not need medically-supervised detox and are motivated for recovery. Our IOP provides intensive treatment with less structure than a residential program and enables individuals in recovery to engage in recovery therapies on a part-time yet intensive schedule, designed to accommodate work and family life. Our IOP includes psychoeducation, group counseling and individual counseling. Those enrolled in IOP will meet four days per week for a minimum of 3 hours each day.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Dr. Harry’s Outpatient Program offers the same programming as our IOP. Our Outpatient Program is considered a “step down” program. Outpatient programming is for those individuals who are further established in their recovery but will continue to benefit from extra support and guidance while they practice applying the skills they have learned in our IOP. Individuals meet four days per week for a minimum of one and a half hours each day.
Start rebuilding your personal life, learning, applying and maintaining vital recovery coping skills, mending important family ties and establishing a foundation for long term recovery in outpatient treatment programming.
